Aakanksha Monga

Aakanksha is an ESL/EFL and Creative Writing teacher with over ten years of experience working with writers and language learners from around the world. Over the years, she has developed and led her own creative writing courses and mentorship programs, helping writers find their voices, shape their stories, and achieve their literary goals. With Masters degrees in English Literature and English Education (UCL), along with being a CELTA certified teacher and work experience at esteemed organisations like British Council and Kingston University (London), her expertise stretches from teaching young learners to adults. She also writes and consults on screenplays.

Branching out into something new and close to her heart with her sister, who’s an environmentalist, she aims to offer unique, curated writing retreats that bring together two of their biggest passions: storytelling and nature. These retreats and creative writing workshops are all about reconnecting with the natural world as a source of inspiration, and helping writers tap into that deep connection to bring more meaning and clarity to their work.
